BJJ is a grappling art focused on controlling an opponent and finishing with joint locks and chokes. Instead of punches or kicks, it teaches you to use leverage, body positioning and technique to overcome size and strength – which is why it's often called “physical chess”.
A friendly introduction to the fundamentals – posture, grips, escapes and simple submissions, with step-by-step instruction and a focus on safety and good habits.
Technique, situational sparring and full rounds. Newer students learn from advanced partners while experienced grapplers refine their game.
Grappling in a rash guard and shorts. Faster, more dynamic rolling with a focus on grip fighting, body position, hooks, underhooks and head control.
High-intensity sessions that mirror tournament pace – strategy, rule-sets and focused sparring rounds to sharpen your edge and your gas tank.
Our 4-week BJJ Beginners Course runs twice a year – the perfect way to start alongside a group of fellow first-timers.
Muay Thai, “the art of eight limbs”, uses punches, kicks, elbows, knees and clinch work to create one of the most complete stand-up systems in the world. We teach both Muay Thai – close-range elbows, knees and clinch – and K-1 Kickboxing, built on fast combinations with limited clinching and no elbows.
High-energy pad drills on Thai pads and boxing pads to sharpen timing, combinations and cardio. Perfect for fitness and technique without sparring.
Fight-specific techniques, strategy and ring craft, tested in supervised light-to-moderate contact sparring. Safety and control first.
Clean Muay Thai fundamentals – footwork, balance, defence and combinations – followed by conditioning for strength and endurance.
High-energy, boxing-inspired fitness to help you get fit, feel strong and have fun in a supportive, all-female environment. Learn real boxing technique – footwork, punches and combinations – paired with calorie-burning circuits. Led by our female coaching team. No experience needed.
Boxing technique on the pads combined with conditioning circuits. Every fitness level welcome – work at your own pace.
A dynamic, flowing style of yoga that links movement with breath – improving flexibility, balance and mobility while calming the mind. Accessible for complete beginners and experienced yogis alike, and the perfect partner to time on the mats. Led by Elaine, our 200-hour qualified Vinyasa instructor.

Most people are. Here's what we get asked the most.
Absolutely – most of our members started with no experience. Look for classes marked ✓ Beginner friendly, and our coaches will look after you from your first session.
No. Training is how you get fit. Everyone works at their own pace, and our coaches adapt to you.
Never before you're ready. Sparring is always supervised and optional, and classes like Pad Work & Conditioning and Box N Burn don't include sparring at all.
Safety comes first. You'll learn control, how to fall safely and how to train with partners responsibly. Our culture is about helping each other improve, not ego.
Comfortable sportswear without zips or pockets, and a drink. For BJJ Gi classes, loan gis are provided for your trial, and we'll talk you through getting a gi once you join.
No – for trials, all kit is provided. For Thai Kickboxing and Box N Burn we have gloves and pads for you to use, and for BJJ we have loan gis to borrow for your session.
Yes – plenty of members mix BJJ with Thai Kickboxing or add Yoga for recovery. The Gold and Platinum plans are built for exactly that.
